Miss Yvonne BAELAM
PMTC ADMIN SECRETARY
Miss Yvonne qualified with a Diploma in Business Management.
After successfully completing her studies, she had some work experience with a Bookshop, prior to joining PMTC in 2014.
In addition to her initial training, she has received training in internal auditing as per the ISO 19011 from PMTC.
Yvonne is part of PMTC’s administration Staff and is responsible to attend to administrative matters relating to PMTC. In her supporting role, she assists in prepares letters and correspondences and maintains the front desk office for any enquiries regarding student registration and course outlines.
Her role in the administration oversee’s the following duties;

Reception duties

Printing students certificates

Filing and maintaining student records

Collaboration with NMSA for the issuing of students COC’s and CERB’s and
Assists PMTC’s Registrar with other duties as required
