This training will provide the participants with theory and practical cases studies, group discussions and supervision training, to grasp the significant role of the bridge navigation team which consists of ships masters, watch officers and watch ratings. During the training, the participants will be made aware of the essence of using the knowledge and managing bridge resources efficiently. The bridge resource management training emphasizes decision making ,based on situational awareness and how human factors such as individual behavior and interaction between the team toward establishing watch conditions based upon workload and potential threat to the vessel, with the focus to prevent casualty and human error.
